Cold formed sheet piles ESC are produced using a cold forming process, whereby a steel plate is bent inti the required sheet pile profile using a brake press. Clutch mechanisms and strengthening plates are then welded to the body of the sheet pile in order to achieve the required finished product. This simple but effective process allows ESC to use the same machinery to produce a almost infinite range of products suitable for a wide range of end uses.
